How to Add Slots for Additional Users in EZ Process Pro

When managing your company you may run into an issue where you have reached the maximum number of allotted users in EZ Process Pro. In this article, we will discuss how to add them.

When signing up for EZ Process Pro you will have the option to have unlimited users or a set amount. If you have reached the limit of users we first suggest that you go through your active users and deactivate any employee who is no longer with the company. If you need assistance with this please see our article How to Modify Employee Information. 

If you have gone through the users and find that you still need more there will be an additional $20 fee per user added and a signature will be required to verify the changes. You can do so by reaching out to our Support Team
