EZ Process Pro offers a variety of shipping reports that will be discussed in the article below.
To access the shipping reports you must first navigate to Main Menu > Shipping > Shipping Reports. Once here see the report options listed below.
Same Day Deliveries:
A same-day delivery report is a report showing all deliveries that will be made for certain days of your choice to review. Through this report, you are given the option to print a sale receipt if needed, and also a delivery memo.
Memo # Reports
The memo # report allows you to view all delivery, backorder, repair, transfer, and service memos in one chart. This chart gives you details of each memo and Sale #, the transaction location, and the date confirmed.

Shipping Manifest
This shipping manifest allows you to pull up your delivery, backorder, bring back, and transfer memos separately. You can review these memos by locations, by certain dates, and by route #s. This report also allows you to upload as many delivery memos as needed at one time.
Once you have made your selections and pressed submit you will be presented with the screen below
Paid Sales (no shipping scheduled)
This report shows all sales that a delivery memo has not been generated. Additionally, the Item available shows if the product has been reserved or on order by clicking on the quantity link in that column the status of the items is displayed and the recheck in stock can be utilized.
Shipping Export
This feature allows the user to export the shipping manifest to Excel for upload to Dispatch Track.
