This guide assists users in accessing memos related to delivery, backorder, and repair within a specified date range and location.
Please note that his report should be run on a weekly basis to ensure that all pending Delivery, Pickup, and Transfer memos that have been physically delivered, picked up, or transferred have had the corresponding memos completed.
This report should also be run to find any pending memos prior to performing a Retake Inventory.
To access the Track All Products Memos, you will need to navigate to Main Menu > Management > Reports > Supervisor Reports > Track All Product Memos
Step 1: Select the Dates for the Report
Choose the timeframe for the memos:
- Select a Single Day: Choose a specific date.
- Day: Select the desired date.
- Select a Specific Start and End Date:
- Start Date: Choose the starting date.
- End Date: Choose the ending date.

Step 2: Select Time (Optional)
Specify the time range for the memos:
- All: Include memos for the entire day.
- From: Select the start time.
- End Time: Select the end time.
Step 3: Select Locations and Auto-Draft Option
Choose the locations from which you want to view memos. Use the "shift" or "Ctrl" keys to select multiple locations or you can select All to see all locations

Step 4: Choose Memo Type to Include
Select the type of memos to include:
- Delivery
- Backorder
- Repair
Step 5: Select Memo Status
Choose the status of memos to include:
- Pending
- In Progress
- Completed
- Cancelled
Step 6: Sort By
Choose the sorting criteria for the memos:
- Memo Number
