Credit Card Terminal Rebooting
If you ever have an issue with the Credit Card terminal rebooting please follow the steps below
- Unplug the ethernet cable first and then the power for about 30 seconds
- Plug back in the ethernet first and then the power
- If the terminal is still rebooting, try another power outlet
- If after rebooting manually and trying another power outlet the terminal continues to reboot then please reach out to Worldpay via 800-846-4472
