Credit Card Terminal Rebooting

If you ever have an issue with the Credit Card terminal rebooting please follow the steps below

  1. Unplug the ethernet cable first and then the power for about 30 seconds
  2. Plug back in the ethernet first and then the power
  3. If the terminal is still rebooting, try another power outlet
  4. If after rebooting manually and trying another power outlet the terminal continues to reboot then please reach out to Worldpay via 800-846-4472
