Where do I enter the Fine Print for Receipts, Delivery Memos, and Bill Fine Print?

You will add your Fine Print within System Settings

 

Whenever you make a sale or generate a delivery memo you may want to include terms and conditions, disclosures, or other important information that your customer needs to know. We will now show you where to go to input that information.

DO NOT USE SYMBOLS

To enter your Fine Print for Receipts and Delivery Memos follow these steps:

  1. Login to your EZ Process Pro system
  2. Navigate to Main Menu โ†’ Getting Started โ†’ System Settings โ†’ Page 2
  3. On the right side of the screen, you will see fields for you to enter your fine print.
  4. You will then type in or copy and paste your Fine Print into the fields for Receipt Fine Print, Delivery Memo Fine Print, or Bill Fine Print.
  5. If you copied and pasted your fine print into those fields then you should click Preview to make sure any special character came over properly.
  6. When you are satisfied with your fine print you will click the Save button next to each section you were working in.
