What to do if a charge payment has been made in Worldpay but is not showing in EZ Process Pro

If a charge was approved but is not showing on EZ Process Pro please follow the steps below.

If the charge took place on the same day you will need to rerun the transaction the exact same way that it was done the first time. 

For Example: If you have a sale in which you took a $10  payment on a sale and you entered a Billing Address and Zip Code you will have to enter those as well.

Once done you will Submit the payment which will then process and automatically link to the sale.  If this does not work please contact EZ Process Pro at 713-568-1331 opt 2.
