When using Quick Cash Register to make sales in EZ Process Pro. There are a few rules that you must follow.
The location of the item must match the location that you are logged in to and that location must be able to make sales. For example, if you are logged in to "Showroom" but the item is located in "Warehouse". You will have two options to sell the item/s via Quick Cash Register.
- You can transfer the item as well as any other items that you will be selling via Quick Cash Register to a location that allows for sales.
- To do this you will have to navigate to Main Menu > Shipping > Print Memo > Transfer Memo.
- Now you can choose to Manually Create a Transfer Memo or Create a Transfer Memo Using Barcodes. If you have the barcode handy the latter option may be your best option. However, if you do not have the barcode you will have to use the manual option.
- Once you have transferred the item to the location where you are logged in and can make sales. You will be able to use the Quick Cash Register.
- If you would like to have the location where the item is stored you will need to ensure that Getting Started > Main Menu > System Settings > Page 1 > Location Settings > Select the location. Once selected you will need to select Yes next to the option Will you be making sales at this location.
