The Address on my PO or Receipt is incorrect

When ordering items through a PO, it is important to make sure that the address is correct. If the address is incorrect, then there are two possible reasons for this, which will be discussed in this article

The most common reason that this occurs is being logged into the wrong location. When making sales, entering POs, or using the system in general, it is important that you are logged into the correct location. The location determines which address is associated with the POs and sales. 

To see which location you are logged into, simply look in the top right-hand corner of the screen, where you will see the location you are logged into. 

If you are logged into the wrong location and have already generated the PO, you will need to first void the PO and create a new one after logging into the correct location. 

 

If you are currently logged into the correct location but the address is still incorrect, you will need to verify that the address associated with the location is correct. To do so or modify the address for the location, please take a look at our article How to Update Location Information
