Salespersons Name is not appearing for selection when making a Sale
If a Salesperson's Name does not appear for selection when making a sale - please ensure that the Sales Representative box is checked in the employee records
To do so you must navigate to Main Menu > Human Resources > Employee Information > Modify Employee > Select Employee from dropdown.
After selecting the salesperson you will be taken to the page below which displays the employee's information. There you will see a check box marked Sales Person.
If the box is unchecked the employee will not display when making a sale. To correct this simply place a check in the box and Save the change.
