The Report of Edited Sales is a tool designed to track and monitor any modifications made to sales transactions within a specified timeframe.
To access the report you must navigate to Main Menu > Management > Reports > Supervisor Reports > Report of Edited Sales. Once here you will be directed to the page below.
To run the report you will need to first select the following:
Select Date or Date Range: You can choose to either select a specific date or a range of dates to search form
Select Location: The search can either be narrowed down to a specific location or all locations.
Search for Sale(optional): Used when you want to verify if a specific sale has been edited
Once you have made your selections press Submit and the report will run.
Date: Date the edit was made
Time: The time that the edit was made
Login Location: Where the edit took place
User: The user ID used to edit the sale
Sale#: Sale Number if selected will display the sales Receipt
Customer: Customer name if selected will taken to the customer account
Edited Fields: If the sale was edited there will be an X in the filed under the headers below.
