Prerequisites for an Item to Display on Your Website

Before an item can appear on your website through the EZ Process Pro system, several requirements must be met. These prerequisites ensure the item is fully visible, properly categorized, and supported by the necessary images and settings.

Follow the checklist below to make sure your item is ready to be shown online.


โœ… 1. The Group Must Have an Image

Each group that contains one or more items must have an image assigned to it. Without this image, items within that group will not display.


โœ… 2. The Item Itself Must Have an Image

Each individual item must also have its own image to appear on the site.

To Upload Group or Item Images:

  1. Go to Getting Started > Web Pictures

  2. Upload images as needed for both groups and items


โœ… 3. The Itemโ€™s Category Must Be Set to Display

Categories must be toggled ON to appear on the website.

To Toggle Categories:

  1. Go to Getting Started > Website Settings > Show Categories

  2. Toggle ON the categories you wish to show on the website

  3. Click Submit to save your changes


โœ… 4. The Itemโ€™s Manufacturer Must Be Set to Display

Manufacturers must be active to allow their items to be shown.

To Toggle Manufacturers:

  1. Go to Getting Started > Website Settings > Show Manufacturers

  2. Toggle ON the manufacturers you want displayed on the site

  3. Click Submit to save your changes


โœ… 5. The Group the Item Is In Must Be Set to Display

Even if the item and manufacturer are enabled, the itemโ€™s group must also be toggled ON.

To Enable Groups for Display:

  1. Go to Getting Started > Website Settings > Show Website Products

  2. Select the Manufacturer

  3. Toggle ON the groups you wish to display on the website

  4. Click Submit Changes to save your changes


Once all of these conditions are met, your item will become visible on the live website.
