Personal Area - My Sales with Back Orders

To access the My Sales with Back Orders report you must navigate to Main Menu > Sales > Personal Area > My Sales with Back Orders.

When selected you will be directed to a new window which will display all sales that have been made but are awaiting items that are on back order.  

Below you will see a breakdown of what you can find in the report. 

  • Date for Sale: Date that the sale was submitted
  • Sales Person:  Salesperson or persons who made the sale
  • Sales Location: Location the sale was made from
  • Sales Type: This will indicate if it was a Layaway, Cash, PIF Sale, Finance,  or COD Finance 
  • Sale #: This will take you to the receipt for the sale
  • BO:  If selected this will show you which items are on Back Order
  • Status: This is the status whether delivered or undelivered. If you click on the number you will be directed to the status of the items as seen in the screenshot below. 


  • Sales Price: This is the total of the sale including additional fees and taxes
  • Amount Paid In:  How much the customer initially put down on the sale
  • Balance:   If there's a leftover balance it will be displayed here
  • Cost of Items:   This is the cost of items to the company
  • Additional Cost:  Any additional costs added to the sale such as costs associated with additional fees
  • Finance Adjustment:  If the sale was financed and adjustments were made due to this they will be displayed here
  • Total Cost:  Total cost of items, additional fees costs
  • Profit: How much profit is made from the sale
  • Gross Margin:  This is calculated by Total Revenue-Total Cost/Total Revenueร—100%. 
  • Commission: Total commission paid on the sale. This is based on the commission structure agreed upon when setting up your system
  • Date of Last Payment: This is pulled directly from the sale, the date of the last payment towards the sale will be displayed here
  • Customer Name:  Name of the customer
  • Home Phone:  Phone number listed under Home Phone under customer records
  • Print Letter: this will allow you to print a letter to the customer based on the list below

    Note:  When selected you will see any notes made on the sale
