In EZ Process Pro, every employee is granted access to their own Payroll Records in the Personal Area section. This allows employees to feel confident in their accounts without needing to refer to the HR members of their team.
This section shows records only for the employee currently logged in. To see multiple records at once, please use the Human Resources section of the software.
To view personal payroll records, you must navigate to Main Menu > Sales > Personal Area > My Payroll Records. A new screen will come up asking you to select the year you would like to view.

When you choose the year, a new screen will come up with a breakdown of the payroll periods for either the full year or if you chose the current year, the year up until the day. In the example below, some pay periods are missing. These missing periods are dates the sample employee (not a real employee) did not log any hours. (Is it or is it when payroll isn't run?)

Going left to right, each of the columns means the following:
Name: These are the listed dates of the payroll period. The payroll period is defined under System Settings, in Part II.
# of Days: Depending on how your payroll is calculated, this is the number of days the employee has worked.
# of Hours: This is the total number of hours worked by the employee in the time frame specified.
Regular Hours: These are how many non-overtime hours were worked by the employee in the time frame.
Overtime Hours: These are how many overtime hours were worked by the employee in the time frame.
Wage Rate: This is the pay the employee receives per hour. This is controlled in Human Resources under Employee Information.
Wage: This calculates the employee's regular hours with their Wage Rate to calculate what wages they have earned for that pay period.
Overtime: This calculates the amount of overtime hours against the overtime rate for the employee to calculate what they are owed in total. The overtime rate for each employee can be found in Human Resources under Employee Information.
Commission: This is the amount of money that the employee has earned based on commission. Commission structures are programmed into the database when your system is first set up but can be changed by a request to support. Further commission calculations can be set up in System Settings in Part II and Part IV.
Spiff: This is the amount of money that the employee has earned based on the spiff from their sales. Spiffs are calculated by System Settings in Part II.
Adjustment before Tax: This is any bonuses or extra deductions made before tax is calculated.
Total Income: This is the total income that the employee has earned. This totals up Regular Hours, Overtime Hours, Commission, and Spiff. This does not account for any subtractions from the employee's wages and is not their net pay.
401K: This is the amount the employee has worked with the HR department to send to their 401K. This is controlled in Human Resources under Employee Information.
Insurance: This is the amount the employee has worked with the HR department to put towards their insurance. This is controlled in Human Resources under Employee Information.
Income Tax: This is the amount of money taken from the employee's wages for your state's income tax rate. The income tax deduction can be added or taken away on an employee account by going to Human Resources under Employee Information. This is automatically calculated for the year by EZ Process Pro.
Social Security: This is the amount of money taken from the employee's wages for social security. The social security deduction can be added or taken away on an employee account by going to Human Resources under Employee Information. This is automatically calculated for the year by EZ Process Pro.
Medicare: The Medicare insurance deductible for the employee. This is automatically calculated for the year by EZ Process Pro.
Department of Revenue Garnishment: This is the amount of money taken from the employee's wages by the Department of Revenue. The social security deduction can be added or taken away on an employee account by going to Human Resources under Employee Information. Clicking on the "Department of Revenue Garnishment" link will open a new window where you can configure the garnishment.
