Personal Area Overview

In EZ Process Pro each salesperson will have access to view their sales, quotes, payroll records, commission/spiffs, calendar, clients with balances, sales with back orders, etc. Below we will go over an overview of this area

To view the Personal Area you must navigate to Main Menu > Sales > Personal Area.

Here you will have the following options:

  • View Commission/Spiff
  • View All Sales
  • View Back Orders
  • View Quotes
  • My Calendar
  • My Clients with Balance on IH
  • My Clients  with Blanace on IH
  • Search My Customer

 

Below is a brief overview of each section:


  • My Commission/Spiff: You will be directed to a new window where you will need to select the date and commission type that you would like to view. You will not be able to see anyone else's sales. The chart will show you the customer's name, sale number, date of sale, sale amount, cost of items, additional costs, total costs, finance adjustments, profit, date of delivery, payment status, and your commission on that sale.


  • My Payroll Records:  This option displays a list of every sale you have made. You will see the sale number in blue, the estimated date of delivery, the customer name, and the home phone number. To view the actual sales receipt click on the sale number and the receipt will come up.

  • View BackOrders: When selected you will be redirected to a new page where you can view all sales that you have made with items on backorder. To view the actual sales receipt click on the sale number and the receipt will come up. This will help you to take better care of your customers.

  • My Quotes:  This will allow you to view sales that may occur and you may want to call the customer and see if they are still interested in the sale because you can click on each individual quote and view the customer's information for that quote.

  • My Calendar:  On each day of the month, a blue underlined number is available to click on and you can add notes for that day. This calendar is for you only and serves as a reminder of what you must accomplish each day, almost like a personal date book. If you would like to add a reminder to a day, click on Create a New Reminder found at the bottom of the page. A page will appear asking you for the day, the time, the actual note, and the period to repeat the reminder. Once this information is entered, click Create Remind to finish the process.

  • My Clients with Balance on IH:  This option will allow you to search for customers that have an IH financing balance. 


  • My Clients with Balance on Lay: Here you can search for any customer that has a layaway balance. Allowing to keep track of customers that have outstanding balances

  • Search my Customer: The last option is to find a customer by the customer search option found at the bottom of the page. By entering the first name, last name, social security number, or phone number. Once this information is entered, press the "Search" button at the bottom of the page. A page will appear showing that customer and all sales that you have made with that customer, allowing you to see if they have paid, what type of items they buy, and other relevant information for that customer.
