My Ashley Order (PO) is not Submitting

When you send a PO to Ashley it drops the PO in a “box” on Ashley's server. Then Ashley at some point retrieves the PO and puts an acknowledgment in the box that they have received it. Then every 4 hours EZ Process Pro will go look for these acknowledgments and update the response in EZ Process Pro. It can take up to 24 hours to receive and acknowledge. 


If it has exceeded 24 hours and you still do not have a response please follow these steps

  1. Check your credentials which include login ID, Password, and ShipTo ID
    1. If it is wrong please do this and if it is incorrect you may need to void and resend it 
  2. Check Ashley Direct to see if the order was entered there (we are trying to determine if the order was received by Ashley or if the order never made it to Ashley)
    1. If the order is not in Ashley Direct, please take a screenshot of your list of orders from Ashley, including the original PO and all its information in EZ Process Pro. Then, click here to fill out a support form.
  3. If the order is not in Ashley Direct, reach out to your Ashley sales rep to confirm your ShipTo ID.

    1. Ask the rep if they see the order, and if they do, inquire why it has not received an acknowledgment from your software company.
    2. Once you have that information, please provide it to EZ Process Pro.
  4. If the order is in Ashley Direct but you have not received an acknowledgment:

    1. Contact your Ashley rep to ask why the order has not received an acknowledgment from your software company.
    2. Once you have that information, please provide it to EZ Process Pro.
