Matrix of what Team Members are a Good Fit and Which are not
Use the information in this article to determine which team members are a good fit for your organization.
Above is the matrix of what team members are a fit and which are not.
The point of this matrix is to determine if a current team member is a good fit OR if someone will be a good fit before hiring them.
You MUST have your 4 -7 core values written down before using this. So always start there.
Once you have your core values you will use the below guide to see if the person fits into Q1, Q2, Q3, or Q4.
Depending on where they fit, you will follow the instructions on what to do with that team member or if you should hire them at all.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Score each team member of core value plus (+), minus (-) or neutral
If they score + on all they have HIGH CULTURE ALIGNMENT
If they score neutral it means the don't tend to lean one or another way on that value
If they score a negative (-) on 2 or more values, they are low culture and you should start considering a replacement if they are high performance but low culture. If they are low culture and low performance, they need to be cut immediately.
