While we offer several options to view your inventory, we also have two reports to help you analyze it. In this article, we will discuss the two options available.
To access these reports, you must navigate to Main Menu > Ordering > Inventory > Item Reports. You will have two options Item Sold Report and Combined Inventory & Item Report. In this article, we will discuss the Item Sold Report
Item Sold Report:
The Item Sold Report will allow you to query EZ Process Pro for a report of items sold. To use the report please see the steps below to help refine your search.
Step 1: Select the dates for the report
- This will allow you to select a period (day, month, year) or you can choose to select a specific date range
Step 2: Select how you want to see results
- Here you will be able to select what information you would like to query by placing a checkmark in the box by one of the items below and selecting an option from the drop-down.

- By Category: You will be presented with a list of all categories in your system to choose from
- By Manufacturer: You will see a list of all manufacturers that are in your system to choose from
- Non-Inventory Items: There is no drop-down for this option if you select this you will be presented with all non-inventory items
Please note that you can if you choose to select All from the drop downs in Step 2 you will be presented with the message below. You will have to refine your search described in Step 3
Step 3: Number of Results
- In this step, you will be able to further refine your search by limiting the results that you wish to see.
Step 4: Select Location(s)
- Here you can either choose to see All locations or filter the results down to
Step 5: Selected Dates Refers to
- This option will help refind the query even further you will have the option to either view Items that have been Sold regardless of their status or view sales that have had their Items Delivered

Step 6: How do you want to determine which items to include
- Here you select if you would like to see the Quantity of Items Sold or The Revenue Generated from Sales
Once you have completed steps 1-6 simply click on Generate Report at the bottom of the screen and a report will open based on your selections.
