The Aged Inventory report is designed to provide the current inventory levels with an analysis of the sold/delivered activity. The percentage of items sold in the past 30 days is used to determine if the product is considered a slow mover
To access this report you will need to navigate to Main Menu > Ordering > Inventory > Aged Inventory. You will then be directed to the following screen where you will need to select the options listed below.
By Manufacturer:
You will be presented with a dropdown list of all active manufacturers in your system
Include all Items that have __ and below of current available stock sold over the past 30 days:
This is the quantity of an item sold in 30 days divided by the quantity of the same item currently available in inventory. Items on order, items reserved, and items in Locked locations will not be factored into this calculation. The lower the percentage, the fewer items sold.
Base on Sold or Base on Delivered:
You will need to choose whether you want to see items that have been sold or items that have been sold and delivered.
Once you make your selection click Submit and the report will run. You will then be presented with the following page:
On this screen, you will be presented with the following information.
- Item #: This is the item number entered into EZ Process Pro. You will see the item number repeat if there are different Finishes, Fabrics, or Options sold for that item.
- Description: The description of the item
- Finish: Any finish options that were sold for that item
- Fabric: Any fabric options that were sold for that item
- Options: Any option options that were sold for that item
- QTY Sold in Days: This will change to QTY Delivered in Days if Base on Delivered was selected at the beginning screen.
- 90-61: Count of Items sold within the 90-61 day period
- 60-31: Count of Items sold within the 60-31 day period
- 30-1: Count of Items sold within the 30-1 day period
The count of items sold are hyperlinks that will take you to the Text Sales Report which will display the sales information
- QTY Locked: Count of locked items. When you click on the count this will take you to the following screen. Displaying the location of the locked item
- From here you can then select the Locked QTY which will then direct you to the Transfer Item screen so that you can move them from the locked location if you would like.
- QTY Reserved: Count of items reserved. When selected this will redirect you to the following page displaying the information about the sale and allowing you to Unreserve the item.
- QTY In stock: Count of items currently in stock including QTY Locked and QTY Reserved. When selected you will brought to the page below which will show you the count items at each location
- QTY Available: Total of items available, this count is the total of QTY InStock minus the QTY Reserved and QTY Locked.
