How to Unlock a User Account

If you run into an issue where a user has locked them out of the EZ Process Pro software please see the steps below to unlock them

  1. Login to your EZ Process Pro system
  2. Go to Human Resources > Human Resources > Employee Information > Modify Employee
  3. Select the employee who needs their information modified and click submit
  4. This will bring you to the screen above, where you can make changes to the information for the employee. 
  5. When the account is locked out, you will see the option to Unblock Account in the top left-hand corner of the screen. 
  6. To unblock simply press the Unblock Account button, and the user will be unblocked
