How to Unlock a User Account
If you run into an issue where a user has locked them out of the EZ Process Pro software please see the steps below to unlock them
- Login to your EZ Process Pro system
- Go to Human Resources > Human Resources > Employee Information > Modify Employee
- Select the employee who needs their information modified and click submit

- This will bring you to the screen above, where you can make changes to the information for the employee.
- When the account is locked out, you will see the option to Unblock Account in the top left-hand corner of the screen.

- To unblock simply press the Unblock Account button, and the user will be unblocked
