How to Reset the Password for a User
There may be times where a user has locked themselves out due to failed password attempts or simply forgot their password. In the article we will review how to reset their password
- Login to your EZ Process Pro system
- Go to Human Resources > Human Resources > Employee Information > Modify Employee
- Select the employee who needs their information modified and click submit

- On the screen above you will see a full list of information entered for the employee.
- To change the password simply enter the new password into the New Password and Re-Enter New Password Field as seen below.

- Once complete simply click Save at the bottom of the screen.
