How to Reset the Password for a User

There may be times where a user has locked themselves out due to failed password attempts or simply forgot their password. In the article we will review how to reset their password

  1. Login to your EZ Process Pro system
  2. Go to Human Resources > Human Resources > Employee Information > Modify Employee
  3. Select the employee who needs their information modified and click submit
  4. On the screen above you will see a full list of information entered for the employee. 
  5. To change the password simply enter the new password into the New Password and Re-Enter New Password Field as seen below. 
  6. Once complete simply click Save at the bottom of the screen.
