How to Display Manufacturer/Brand Names Using Abbreviations on Website

If you prefer to show a shortened or custom abbreviation for manufacturer/brand names on your website (instead of their full names), follow the steps below:

Step 1: Log In to the Admin Area

Log into the admin portion of your website.

Step 2: Navigate to Product Display Settings

From the admin dashboard, go to Website Settings > Product Display

Step 3: Choose How Brand Names Are Shown

You’ll see the following options under "How would you like to display the Manufacturer/Brand names on your website?"

⭕ Show the real name for the manufacturer on the website

🔘 Show the abbreviation that I manually created instead of the manufacturer's real name (recommended if you do not want your customers to know the actual manufacturer's name)

Select the option that fits your preference.

Step 4: Save Your Changes

Click Submit at the bottom of the page to apply the changes to your live website.
