Equifax CONNECTION

If you would like to set up Equifax and connect it to the EZ Process Pro software please follow the steps listed below.

You will need to contact the Equifax Service Desk via 888-407-0359 or ESD@equifax.com

Explain to  Equifax that you are a client of EZ Process Pro Software and that we are an integrated solution with Equifax. You would like to start pulling credit reports through your system and need to sign up with Equifax to have an account to pull reports. The Service Desk will assign you a Sales Rep.

It is important to let your Rep know you need to get FX Credentials including Member Number and Security Code for your EZ Process Pro Software

Once you have set up your account with Equifax and obtained the credentials listed above. You will need to enter your account credentials into your Ez Process Pro by navigating to: 

Getting Started > System Settings > Page 2 > Once on the page you will need to enter your credentials in box highlighted below
