DispatchTrack Integration

EZ Process Pro has recently released a new DispatchTrack integration! This integration allows you to directly send Delivery, Backorder, and Pickup memos to DispatchTrack with the click of a button. When you are creating the memo, a new button will show up that says Sent to DispatchTrack. 

 

 

Clicking this button will send the following information over directly to the DispatchTrack account you have set up.

The connection to EZ Process Pro is one way, which means data will only be sent from EZ Process Pro to DispatchTrack. 

Setting Up DispatchTrack

The integration between DispatchTrack and EZ Process Pro is easy to set up to work with. To do so, you will need to collect the following information:

  • URL: The URL to your DispatchTrack account. Ex: https://trials.dispatchtrack.com/orders/api/add_order
  • Code: This is your account code provided by DispatchTrack. Ex: trialsdispatchtrack
  • API Key: This an alpha-numeric code provided to you by DispatchTrack to allow the connection between EZ Process Pro and DispatchTrack. 
  • Account ID: This is an optional Account ID number. You will only need this if DispatchTrack provides it. 

 

You can get this codes by reaching out to DispatchTrack support and requesting the information. 

 

Once you have this information, contact EZ Process Pro support and ask them to activate the DispatchTrack integration in your system. 

 

When Support has confirmed this is activated, open EZ Process Pro and go to Getting Started > System Settings > Integrated Partners. On that page, you will see the DispatchTrack option. 

 

Click the button for DispatchTrack and fill out the fields that were listed with the information you gathered earlier. 

 

Please note that you will need to add /orders/api/add_order to the end of the URL provided by Dispatch Track
