As this series comes to an end, we hope that these videos illuminated how Sales, Ordering, and Shipping work together in EZ Process Pro to provide a seamless point of sale. The sales function makes it easy to find items for a client and take payment; the Ordering function controls the inventory and purchasing of items on behalf of clients, and the Shipping function creates an airtight method for making sure clients get the items they bought on time and with full clarity into the process.
These functions build on one another and also expand into other parts of the software. Sales can track your Marketing campaigns. Ordering ties into Accounting. Shipping connects to your DispatchTrack integration. This is only the tip of the iceberg for how these functions affect each other in EZ Process Pro.
