In this article, we will discuss what to do if items are missing in EZ Process Pro from the Ashley Feed.
If you have the Ashley Feed enabled you that an item is missing when you go to make a sale. There are a few different reasons why this may happen such as the item coming in with a 0 and therefore deactivated in the system or we have not received an update from Ashley that includes that item.
Items with 0 Cost:
Suppose an item is fed into EZ Process Pro with a cost the system will automatically be deactivated. To check this you must navigate to Main Menu > Getting Started > Add/Edit Group > Edit/Delete Group.
Once here you must select the manufacturer from the dropdown and enter either the item number or group description to help narrow down the search results.
After searching you will see the results listed as seen below. Simply select Edit Group to see all items and their details.
In this scenario, you will be looking at the column Default Cost if this is 0 the system will automatically discontinue the item not allowing you to sell it.
In this scenario, the item is not given a cost to us from Ashley if you would like to sell the item you will need to enter a default cost that either you or Ashley has agreed upon. To do so simply add the cost under the Default Cost column and click Modify. Once the cost has been entered you must then Reactivate the item by clicking on Reactivate.
By following the steps the item will now display under Make NewSale.
Item not in EZ Process Pro but showing in Ashley Direct
